1. Are you processing lockbox payments? Yes, we continue to process lockbox payments as we sporadically receive mail delivery from the post office.
2. Is the CRBT courier service able to get to my business? Yes, our courier is still running and can make it to any businesses that are in non-flooded areas.
3. What should I do if I have deposit, loan payment, wire or certificate of deposit renewal needs? All of your banking needs can be met at our 5400 Council St NE location, where we have temporarily set-up operations. However, if you are unable to make it to this office, please call our Council Street office at (319) 743-3555 and ask for an Account Executive. They are ready to assist you and provide solutions on a case-by-case basis. Private bankers and commercial relationship managers can also be reached via their cell phone and are checking emails.
4. Is there any flood-related damage to CRBT’s downtown office? The bank has not experienced any flooding or other related damages. Anything you may hold at the bank is safe and dry.
5. Are items in my safe deposit box safe? The downtown office has not experienced any flooding or other related damages. All items/documents stored in a safe deposit box are safe, secure and dry.
